About Nagzira National Park
Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary is located between Bhandara and Gondia districts of Maharashtra. This "Green Oasis" is locked in the arms of nature and adorned with a picturesque landscape, luxuriant vegetation, and serves as a living outdoor museum to explore and appreciate nature.
The sanctuary is home to a diverse range of wildlife including Tigers, Leopards, Dholes (Indian Wild Dogs), Sloth Bears, and Gaur. It is also a birdwatcher's paradise with over 160 species of birds recorded here.
