About Satpura National Park

Satpura National Park offers a unique landscape of sandstone peaks, narrow gorges, deep ravines, and dense forests. Located in the Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh, it provides a distinctive wildlife experience compared to other reserves.

Satpura is one of the few places in India where you can explore the tiger reserve on foot. It is also famous for its high population of Sloth Bears and the Indian Giant Squirrel. The Denwa river offers opportunities for boat safaris and canoeing.
